At Ethos Car Care, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your ride. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
